The reasons for failure can only be two, first being that one did not put his or her best and secondly, the target set was unrealistic. There are many ads on the TV and in the press claiming lose weight products of x number of pounds in y number of days. Before embarking upon them one must ponder if they are achievable. The moral here is to set for your self such targets that you can achieve. Nothing succeeds like success. Get successful in the first stage targets, then set a higher one for the second stage.
